Prepare and process payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond promptly to employee queries.

Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes and other statutory requirements.

Collaborate with the accounting and finance department to streamline processes.

Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Profile / Qualifications

Proven experience in payroll management within a professional services environment.

Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to manage and lead a small team effectively.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

A background in accounting and finance is advantageous.

3 days a week in office.

Job Offer

A competitive salary of £60,000 to £70,000, depending on experience.
