This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to step into a leadership role with flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to influence the company’s future direction.About the Role:As the Head of Finance, you will be the key financial decision-maker in the organisation, responsible for both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning. Your role will include:Full ownership of thefinance function, reporting directly to the CEOPreparation and presentation ofmonthly management accountsandboard-level financial papersOversight ofbank reconciliations,payroll, andcash flow managementLeading theannual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring complianceAttending and contributing toBoard meetings, offering clear financial insights and recommendationsWorking closely with the CEOto identify and assessgrowth opportunities, investment decisions, and financial strategyManaging and mentoring a small finance team, includingtwo Accounts AssistantsThis is a hands-on role that combines operational excellence with strategic leadership.
