Part-Time Food Technology Supply Teacher - Interim PRU Rochdale 3 Days per Week (Monday-Wednesday)Ongoing temporary supply Tradewind Recruitment is supporting an interim Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Rochdale to recruit a part-time Food Technology Supply Teacher to cover a temporary absence. This setting provides short-term placements (approximately 12 weeks) for pupils with the aim of successful reintegration into mainstream education. Learners include both primary and secondary-aged pupils, requiring a flexible and nurturing teaching approach. The Role Teach Food Technology and practical cooking skills to pupils in KS2, KS3 and KS4Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons that promote independence, routine and life skillsWork with small groups in a supportive, structured PRU environmentSupport pupils with SEMH needs and varied educational experiences You''ll Need A background or experience in Food Technologyand/or experience working with pupils with SEMH needsThe ability to adapt teaching for a wide age and ability rangeStrong behaviour management and a calm, consistent approachTeam Teach training is desirable but not essentialQTS or QTLS is preferred Why Supply with Tradewind?
