Working in dedicated areas covering racking, boxing, raw prep, slicing, rolling and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: Handling raw pork products and preparing them for processing. Operating machinery and equipment for curing, smoking, and cooking bacon. Ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. Packaging and labelling finished products for distribution. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
