Part Time Finance Manager

RM Recruit are delighted to be working in partnership with a well established and highly respected charitable organisation based in Warwickshire, who are looking to appoint a part-time Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who is looking for a senior-level role with genuine influence, but who wants to work on a two-day-per-week basis. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Trustees and senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of the organisation''s finance function and provide the financial insight, governance and challenge required to support effective decision-making and long-term sustainability. The role would suit a qualified accountant, or an experienced finance professional with strong relevant charity/not-for-profit experience, who enjoys working autonomously within a small and collaborative organisation. As Finance Manager, you will have responsibility for the effective management of the organisation''s financial operations, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and strong financial governance. You will act as a trusted financial adviser to senior leadership and the Board, translating financial information into clear and meaningful insight and helping the organisation make informed strategic decisions.
