Part Time Finance Manager

RM Recruit is working with a fantastic organisation based in Coventry who are looking to appoint an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to join their established team working Part Time, four days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys being hands-on in the day-to-day running of a finance function, whilst also providing strong management information and financial insight to the wider organisation. Reporting to the CFO, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of the finance function and will line manage a Finance Officer. This is a varied role, combining management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting with the day-to-day operational finance duties that keep the organisation running effectively. Main duties include: Oversee the day-to-day finance function, ensuring transactions, reconciliations and reporting are completed accurately and on time. Take ownership of monthly management accounts and month-end processes. Prepare financial reports and provide clear financial information to senior stakeholders. Manage cash flow, purchase and sales ledgers and general financial operations. Work closely with budget holders on budgeting, forecasting and financial performance. Support project budgeting and financial planning. Provide financial input into business planning and organisational projects.
