Part-time Finance Manager

Pineapple Careers is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Horsham to recruit a Part-time Finance Manager. Are you an experienced Finance Manager who enjoys taking ownership of the numbers? Do you thrive in a hands-on SME environment where you can work closely with Directors and have a genuine influence on financial decision-making? This is a varied position within an established international business, ideal for someone who is equally comfortable producing management accounts, managing cash flow and VAT as well as getting involved in the day-to-day details of the finance function. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including PandL and balance sheet Produce financial reports, KPIs and variance analysis for the Directors Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital Oversee purchase and sales ledger activity, supplier payments and credit control Prepare and submit VAT returns Manage multi-currency transactions, payments and foreign currency balances Support accounting processes relating to imports, exports, freight and duty costs Ensure stock and inventory are accurately accounted for and reconciled Support budgeting, forecasting and year-end processes Liaise with external accountants regarding statutory accounts and tax matters Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations and accounting procedures Identify opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes Key ..... full job details .....
