This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of the finance function and providing meaningful financial insight that supports commercial decision-making.Leading a small finance team, you''ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls and helping the business continue its growth journey.Key responsibilities will include:Producing timely and accurate monthly management accountsPreparing Board reports with financial analysis, KPIs and commentaryManaging a rolling cash flow forecast and monitoring working capitalSupporting budgeting, forecasting and business planningMaintaining strong financial controls and statutory complianceLeading, mentoring and developing a small finance teamWorking closely with the Managing Director to provide commercial financial insightIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and efficiencyWe''re looking for someone who can combine strong technical accounting knowledge with a commercial mindset.Ideally you''ll have:Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or senior finance positionACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification (or qualified by experience)Experience producing management accounts and financial ..... full job details .....
