Part-Time Finance Assistant

Your new roleAs Finance Assistant, you will support the finance function with day-to-day bookkeeping, financial administration and general accounting duties. Working 15 hours per week, you will assist with processing income and expenditure, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling transactions and supporting the wider team with finance-related administration. Processing income and expenditure accurately and in line with finance procedures Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero and Microsoft Excel Maintaining records for income, expenditure, invoices, expenses and credit card transactions Assisting with sales invoices, customer billing and credit control support Reconciling transactions and ensuring documentation is retained appropriately Supporting audit preparation and general finance administration Working closely with colleagues across finance and the wider organisation What you''ll need to succeedYou will have previous experience working in a finance, accounts or bookkeeping role, ideally with exposure to an accounting system such ..... full job details .....
