You''ll gain experience across bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, international payments, invoicing, balance sheet reconciliations, reporting and finance analysis, giving you excellent exposure to a broad range of finance activities.You''ll report to the Head of Finance and work closely with colleagues across Finance, Sales and Commercial within a small, friendly and collaborative team. 27,500, Permanent, Stamford, Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant and ExcelWorking part-time (ideally school hours but this is flexible)What will you be doing?Your responsibilities will include: Bank and account reconciliations Reconciling funds received and investigating discrepancies Allocating incoming payments Preparing and reconciling international outbound payments Raising invoices and allocating customer payments Calculating commission payments Weekly balance sheet reconciliations Finance reporting and analysis Supporting finance projects Helping colleagues and customers with ..... full job details .....
