DAY TO DAY: Accounts payable, processing supplier invoices, using ApprovalMax, ensuring all invoices are allocated correctly, preparing invoices for approval Maintain the Accounts payable ledger and payment runs Reconcile supplier statements and resolving discrepancies, supplier onboarding and data capture Accounts receivable to include checking of rents, service charges, credit control, chasing payments, providing reports to Financial Controller Maintaining the ledger, allocating receipts, updating tenant accounts, Daily bank reconciliations, posting receipts and journals as needed, credit card reconciliations, tenant deposits, Providing reports to the team for service charge budgets using Xero, liaising with wider team re all finance queries, Assisting in the preparation of month-end, assisting with preparation of ..... full job details .....
