This Sales and Finance Administrator role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is confident managing both finance and sales administration duties in a busy office environment. What will you be doing as a Sales and Finance Administrator? Processing and matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices accuratelyWorking with Sage and Excel to support the finance functionScanning and filing PODsUpdating pricing structures and adding new products onto the internal system and websiteSupporting social media activity and advertisements for new productsCarrying out general office and administrative duties as requiredWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Finance Administrator or similar administrative roleExperience using Sage and Excel confidentlyStrong numerical skills and excellent attention to detailComfortable working independently and managing prioritiesA willingness to learn and get involved in different areas of the businessConfident using systems, websites, and social media platformsA positive, down-to-earth attitude and strong team ethicWhat will you get in return ..... full job details .....
