Part time Finance Administrator

Reed Accountancy are currently working exclusively with an established client in the Horsham are in the recruitment of a part time Finance Administrator to join their small team. This role will support the finance team for approximately 16 hours per week over 3 days.Day-to-day of the role:Raising sales ledger invoicesCredit controlDealing with customer queriesProducing customer quotationsAnswering telephone calls and managing email communications, responding to queries efficiently.Preparing Excel spreadsheetsOrdering office suppliesGeneral finance administration and filing.Providing holiday cover when necessary.Required Skills and Qualifications:Good finance experience particularly sales ledger/credit controlGood knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong IT skills and good attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independentlyMust have own transport due to the office location''s limited access to public transport. ..... full job details .....
