Our client, a growing design studio. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to support their day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable working across finance and general admin tasks within a creative environment.You will play a key role in supporting weekly financial processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between the studio and our clients.10-12 hours per week. £16ph. Office based. Mac user required.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance and ReportingRaise and issue client invoices accurately and on timeCreate and manage purchase ordersAssist with financial forecasting and project budget trackingPrepare basic financial reports and summariesMonitor work in progress (WIP) and ensure alignment with billingClient and Project CoordinationLiaise with clients regarding costs, updates, and invoicingSend updated costings and track project progressConfirm work completion prior to final invoicingAdministrative and Studio SupportMaintain and update internal databases and recordsProvide ad hoc administrative support as requiredProject File ManagementUpload and organise finalised design work on internal serversEnsure files are stored correctly and accessible to the teamSupport basic coordination with the design team where neededSkills/ExperiencePrevious experience in a finance administration or similar rolePrevious experience ..... full job details .....
