This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking for a flexible, part-time role.Main Duties" Bank reconciliation" Monthly payment of PAYE/NIC/CIS to HMRC" Preparation and checking of quarterly VAT Returns on Xero and submission to HMRC" Preparation of monthly Overheads/Budget Report for management" Liaising with the Managing Director and assisting accountants in preparation of year-end accounts and other statutory deadlines" Managing finance queries" Assisting with import procedures and documentation for material importsSkills Required" Minimum 5 years'' experience in financial management within a small organisation" Xero experience is essential" Strong CIS experience and competency required" Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential" Strong administrative and organisational skills" A self-starter with independent judgment and work planning abilityPurchase Ledger Responsibilities" Full ownership and maintenance of the purchase ledger" Receiving and processing invoices" Obtaining authorisations for payment from management" Payment of suppliers" Agreeing supplier statements to invoices received and raising queries for ..... full job details .....
