The role is heavily focused on personal support, diary coordination, and assisting with the CEO''s relocation to the UK. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, informal environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Assistant support to the CEOPredominantly personal and lifestyle-focused dutiesBooking restaurants, travel, and appointmentsAttending the CEO''s apartment as requiredPaying bills and handling ad-hoc personal administrationManaging and responding to emails on behalf of the CEO, particularly relating to speaking engagements and eventsSupporting the CEO with their relocation and settling into the UK Skills and Experience RequiredPrevious PA or EA experience, supporting senior individualsConfident with technology and comfortable using AI toolsProactive, uses initiative, and able to anticipate needsGrowth mindset with a flexible and adaptable approachStrong London knowledge and experienceWarm, friendly, and personable mannerFlexible and reliableExperience using Airtable is highly desirable Adecco acts as an employment agency for ..... full job details .....
