This is a Part-time position, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday half day AM, ideal for a teacher who is enthusiastic about inspiring students through practical learning, creativity, and innovation within the DT curriculum.The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering students'' confidence, problem-solving skills, and technical ability.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver high-quality Design and Technology lessons that engage and challenge students.Teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential).Support students in developing practical skills, creativity, and design thinking.Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.Maintain a safe and organised workshop/classroom environment.Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities within the DT department.The Ideal CandidateHolds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Has experience teaching Design and Technology in a secondary school setting.Demonstrates strong subject knowledge (e.g., product ..... full job details .....
