PART TIME - Deputy Business Support Manager - Children''s Services Location: Ealing, West London (Hybrid) Hourly Rate: £28.60 PAYE / £38.19 Umbrella Hours: PART TIME, 17.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) Contract: 3-month contract, with potential extension Start Date: ASAP About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Deputy Business Support Manager to join our Children''s Services team in Ealing. This is a key leadership position that plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality business support across multiple teams within a fast-paced and constantly evolving service area.You will support the Business Support Manager and Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of frontline services, providing stability, direction, and operational oversight. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining an excellent standard of service.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and Operational ManagementProvide daily supervision and leadership to a team of approximately eight staff.Support several teams with varying operational needs, ensuring resilience and continuous service delivery.Confidently guide staff through high-pressure situations, fluctuating workloads, and organisational change.Work closely with three existing Deputy Managers, providing cross-cover where necessary.Facilities and Site ManagementPotential responsibility for two operational sites, ensuring effective day-to-day building ..... full job details .....
