Part Time Customer Support

Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are currently working with our Birmingham based client to recruit for a Part Time Customer Support candidate.-

The ideal candidate will be able to work 4 days per week, 9am-5pm.-

This company can offer hybrid working - 2 days office/2 days from home.-

The main duties of the Customer Support role:-

• Order Processing-
• Liaising with customers and clients-
• Communicating with local authorities and external suppliers-
• Handling and resolving queries-

The ideal candidate MUST have:-

• Experience working within a residential conveyancing environment or working within a property search industry-
• Good IT skills-
• An excellent telephone manner-
