The roles will involve assisting visitors using a computer dashboard, which enables us to remotely raise exit barriers for visitors who are on site, and we can use the dashboard to investigate any queries about their visit, payment or their or Forestry England Membership. This role may also involve liaising with our suppliers and contractors to troubleshoot issues.
