Part Time Customer Services Administrator

THE JOB

Reporting to the Office Manager, as Part Time Customer Service Administrator you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and email
• Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
• Updating and maintaining customer records
• Liaising with internal teams and third-party partners
• Sending correspondence to customers regarding memberships and renewals
• Ensuring customers are kept informed and supported throughout their journey
• Carrying out general admin tasks to support the wider team

Working Hours

• 20 hours per week, ideally across Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

THE PERSON

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in a customer service or administration role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
