Our client, a leading organisation in the education sector, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. Location: Liverpool, L3 5AE
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: -14.14 per hour
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Hours: 25 hours per week
Shift Pattern:

• 8 AM to 2 PM
• 2 PM to 8 PM
• 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for visitor. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Welcoming visitors warmly and addressing a variety of inquiries at the reception desk.
• Efficiently distributing mail and parcels to maintain smooth operations.
• Conducting health and safety checks to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
• Reporting repairs and responding promptly to operational issues as they arise.
• Performing room and kitchen inspections to uphold high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
• Leading engaging open day tours to showcase the organisation''s exceptional facilities.
• Assisting the domestic team during conferencing events and quick turnover periods.

What We''re Looking For:

Our client is on the lookout for candidates who possess:

• A personable manner with excellent communication skills to connect with visitors and colleagues alike.
• Strong team ethics and a collaborative spirit to foster a positive working environment.
• A minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Relevant experience in a customer service or hospitality environment is essential.
