RoleOne of my lovely, established commercial finance clients based in Bradford, are looking for a Customer Administrator to support their busy finance team of 6. The role is assisting with the finance function so you will need to have some administrative experience and a keen interest in finance with possible study support. There are 3 different accountancy/company systems used; organisation and attention to detail is crucial for the success of the role for the client.
Responsibilities
Manage finance aspects of customer accounts/contracts; complete compliance documentation with full training and assist with finance reports; be familiar with Microsoft Excel.
Process high volume and complex administration or finance-related data.
Work with three different accountancy/company systems; ensure organisation and attention to detail.
Prepare other finance office administrative tasks to support the customer service teams and management.
Support invoicing and general finance administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications / Experience
Experience providing administrative support with an interest in finance; possible study support.
Experience processing invoices and providing finance administrative support.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
