Part time Credit Controller Liverpool Permanent, part time (3 days)We''re working with a growing Liverpool-based business looking to bring in a Part-Time Credit Controller to strengthen their finance function and support ongoing improvements in cash collection and processes.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the ledger, building relationships, and making a real impact, without the full time commitment.As Credit Controller, you''ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring cash is collected efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with customers.Key responsibilities include:Chasing outstanding debt via phone and emailManaging customer accounts and resolving queriesAllocating cash and reconciling accountsReducing aged debt and improving debtor daysWorking closely with internal teams to resolve billing issuesSupporting process improvements within the functionWe are looking for someone who has:Proven experience in a Credit Control roleConfident communicator - able to handle difficult conversations professionallyStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsComfortable working independently in a part-time capacityExperience in a high-volume environment would be beneficialIn this role you will get:£30,000 full-time equivalent (pro rata for 3 days)25 days holiday (pro rata for 3 days)Pension contributionGreat office cultureMental health and well being initiativesIf you''re looking for a flexible ..... full job details .....
