Part-Time Credit ControllerLocation: Bishop''s Stortford, Hertfordshire (office-based)Hours: 18 hours per week Contract: Fixed-term (expected duration: 10 months)Salary: 13,000 - 14,000, pre annum We''re looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a friendly finance team on a part-time basis, supporting the business through a period of leave. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys end-to-end credit control and building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities:Manage the sales ledger and carry out proactive credit control (phone/email)Chase overdue accounts and agree payment plans where requiredAllocate payments, raise customer statements and resolve invoice queriesReconcile accounts and maintain accurate customer records/credit limitsSupport reporting on debtor days/aged debt and assist with month-end tasks What we''re looking for:Proven experience in credit control / accounts receivableConfident communicator with strong negotiation skillsGood working knowledge of Excel and finance systems/ERPsHighly organised, accurate, and able to work ..... full job details .....
