About the Role

As a Credit Controller, you''ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, focusing on early-stage debt (0-90 days). You''ll play a key role in keeping cash flow strong while building positive, professional relationships with customers.

This isn''t just about chasing payments - it''s about working smart, solving problems, and making a difference every day.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts
• Proactively contacting customers to secure prompt payments
• Building strong working relationships to make collections smoother and more effective
• Resolving invoice queries quickly to avoid delays
• Monitoring payment terms and keeping accounts on track
• Allocating payments and maintaining accurate records
• Producing aged debt reports and spotting potential risks
• Working closely with internal teams to remove any barriers to payment

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in credit control / accounts receivable
• Someone who enjoys building relationships and communicating with confidence
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using Excel and finance systems
• A proactive, positive approach and the ability to manage your own workload
