This role isn’t “easy”, you’re stepping into classrooms, often at short notice, and expected to take control, manage behaviour, and keep students engaged. The work is set, but how the lesson goes is largely down to you. If you can hold a room, stay calm under pressure, and build quick rapport with students, it’s a hugely rewarding role and one of the best ways to gain real classroom experience. About the Role You will be covering lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task.
