An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced COMHAD Specialist Worker to join a dedicated team supporting individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance misuse difficulties. This position would particularly suit someone currently working within substance misuse, mental health or dual diagnosis services who is looking to develop their career within a specialist recovery-focused environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping individuals achieve their personal recovery goals, develop independence, improve their wellbeing and reduce their reliance on clinical interventions and hospital admissions. Working within a person-centred, strengths-based approach, you will provide practical, emotional and structured support to individuals with complex needs, encouraging positive change and sustainable recovery.
