JOB DESCRIPTION / PERSON SPECIFICATION School Cleaning Supervisor 5pm to 8pm (Monday to Friday) 25 hhours per week Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service essential. Must drive as not on any public transport routes Overview We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee their evening cleaning team within a school in Robertsbridge. This is a hands-on supervisory position where you will work alongside the cleaning team while taking responsibility for maintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness throughout the school and ensuring each shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise, support, and work alongside the evening cleaning team. Carry out cleaning duties alongside the team to maintain high standards. Allocate cleaning tasks and ensure all designated areas are cleaned thoroughly and on time. Clean classrooms, communal areas, corridors, washrooms, and other designated areas as required. Monitor cleaning standards throughout the school and address any issues promptly. Ensure cleaning products and equipment are used safely and stored correctly. Identify and report any cleaning, maintenance, or staffing issues to the appropriate person. Complete end-of-shift checks to ensure all required areas and tasks have been completed.
