To ensure that designated communal areas are kept clean and tidy, as per the specific responsibilities detailed below.RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure all residents'' bins are checked, emptied daily and taken to site rubbish bin area. All residents'' recycling bags removed and taken to site recycling bin areaRegular sweeping of rear external stairsDaily cleaning of staff toiletWeekly cleaning of contractors'' toiletWeekly sweeping of staff basement floor area and stairsMonthly sweeping of other basement floor areas and stairsMaintaining a high level of precaution while cleaning costly articlesCoordinating and working in relation with other cleaning teammatesPreparing an efficient cleaning routineUsing general cleaning equipment and chemicals properlyProperly cleaning all sanitary appliances, fittings, and areas on a daily basisReplenishing towels, soaps, and toilet rolls as at when requiredTo wash walls as at when requiredSweeping, wet mopping, and floor polishing designated areasEnsuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered toImmediately notifying the management of occurring deficiencies or requirements for repairsExecuting heavy cleaning tasks and special projectsKeeping all public spaces or environment neat and tidyCleaning glass surfaces, mirrors, and windowsReporting of any defects to main reception desk/Deputy Building Manager/Building ..... full job details .....
