This role involves cleaning communal areas only, with no cleaning required inside residents'' apartments. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain the entrance, reception, corridors, staircases, lifts and other communal areas. Vacuum, mop and dust, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Clean communal glass, mirrors and surfaces using appropriate products and equipment. Pay particular attention to delicate finishes and report any damage or maintenance issues. Monitor cleaning supplies and flag when stock needs replenishing.
