Part-Time Cleaner - Luxury Residential Development Location: Knightsbridge, LondonSalary: £14,500 - £16,500 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm (20 hours per week)Contract: Permanent, part-timeProbation: Three months We are looking for a reliable Cleaner with excellent attention to detail to maintain the communal areas of a high-end residential building comprising approximately 30 luxury apartments in Knightsbridge. This role involves cleaning communal areas only, with no cleaning required inside residents'' apartments. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain the entrance, reception, corridors, staircases, lifts and other communal areas. Vacuum, mop and dust, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Clean communal glass, mirrors and surfaces using appropriate products and equipment. Pay particular attention to delicate finishes and report any damage or maintenance issues. Monitor cleaning supplies and flag when stock needs replenishing. Follow health and safety procedures, storing cleaning products and equipment safely. Work discreetly and courteously around residents, visitors and building staff. About You Previous cleaning experience, ideally within luxury residential buildings, hotels or a similar environment. Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining a high-quality finish.
