Part Time CBT Therapist at HMP Chelmsford Location: Chelmsford Salary: £27,688.80 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced High Intensity Therapist to join our team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological interventions to adults experiencing common mental health difficulties. About the Role As a High Intensity Therapist, you will provide therapeutic interventions to adults on both an individual basis (face-to-face) and through the facilitation of therapeutic groups. You will work with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, ages, and experiences, demonstrating a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion. A key aspect of the role is undertaking comprehensive assessments to determine service users'' suitability for evidence-based psychological interventions. You will deliver a range of high-intensity interventions in line with IAPT/NHS Talking Therapies guidance, ensuring care is tailored to individual needs and delivered to the highest clinical standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate appropriate treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based, high-intensity psychological interventions in accordance with IAPT/NHS Talking Therapies guidance. Provide individual and group-based therapeutic interventions.
