Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Part-Time Care Team Leader to join a dedicated team in Sidmouth, Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role and support high standards of care delivery.

• Oversee the care team and assign daily duties.
• Ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks to meet residents'' needs.
• Mentor team members on proper techniques and procedures.
• Administer medication as required.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and workflow.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by team members and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records.

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the care sector.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and best practices, including medication administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Competitive pay from -14.40 per hour.
• Part-time hours: 7.30am - 8pm, 3 days per week.
• Rotating weekday plus Saturdays and Sundays.
