Part Time Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant

They are a small team in the electrical industry with a relaxed and friendly office.You will be involved with input and matching of sub-contractor and supplier invoices, as well as looking after petty cash of staff expenses.Strong attention to detail is needed to effectively carry out bank and credit card reconciliations effectively and maintain accurate records of all payments and transactions.You will need good communication skills to liaise with suppliers on invoice queries, supplier statement reconciliation queries and supplier maintenance.A successful candidate will have experience with accounting packages and strong knowledge of accounts payable processes.Working hours are flexible up to 3-4 days per week.Salary is variable on experience but is expected to sit around £12.50-£17 / hr.Ticking boxes so far?
