Part Time Bookkeeper

A well-established FMCG business based in Bartley Green is recruiting for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role would suit an experienced Bookkeeper who is confident using Windows-based software and is looking for flexible, part-time hours.The position offers around 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work slightly fewer or additional hours depending on workload and availability. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day finance function within a friendly and supportive environment.Key duties as a Book-Keeper - Managing day-to-day bookkeeping activitiesProcessing purchase and sales invoicesBank reconciliationsMaintaining accurate financial recordsAssisting with VAT returnsHandling paymentsUsing Windows-based accounting and office softwareSupporting the wider business with ad-hoc finance administrationIdeally you will have the following skills and experience - Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounts roleComfortable using Windows-based software and accounting systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood organisational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyLooking for part-time, flexible hoursAvailable for a temp to perm opportunityOn offer for this Book-Keeper role - Pay rate of 14- 15 per hour, depending on experienceAround 20 hours per week, with flexibility on hours workedTemp to perm opportunityFlexible working patternOn-site role based in Bartley ..... full job details .....
