The role will involve supporting the finance function for all entities within the charity, providing bookkeeping and administrative support for various trusts. Key Duties incude:- Financial Management and accounting; maintenance of full and accurate records Balance sheet reconcilations Preparation of annual budgets Preparation of annual accounts for all legal entities Preparation and presentation of quarterly variance reports Preparation and presentation of quarterly management accounts Maintaining staff payroll and pension records Secretarial and Charity compliance governance Administrative support, including preparing fundraising information to the trust teams as required You will ideally have a strong UK bookkeeping background and hold a professional qualification such as AAT Level 3/4. Experience of Charity Commission compliance, as well as payroll and pensions accounting would be desirable.
