Our client is super flexible, for example 9am - 2pm or 9:15am - 2:30pm. The normal office opening times are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pmSalary: 14 per hour ( 25,480 FTE) About the role: As a key player in the team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the company operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Bookkeeping Tasks: Process invoices and manage accounts payable using Xero accounting software.Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.Communication: Respond to inquiries via email and telephone in a friendly and professional manner.Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings and prepare necessary materials for presentations.Project Support: Contribute to various projects within the office, helping achieve the organisational goals.
