Part-Time Admissions and Attendance AdministratorEaling 16 Hours per Week Term Time Only Competitive PAYE Salary SANZA Teaching AgencySANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic primary school in Ealing for a Part-Time Admissions and Attendance Administrator to join their friendly and supportive office team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school administrator looking for flexibility while remaining at the heart of a busy school environment.The RoleYou''ll play a key role in the smooth running of the school office, with a particular focus on:Managing pupil attendance and following up absences.Supporting the school''s admissions process.Liaising with parents and external agencies.Maintaining accurate pupil records using the school''s MIS.Providing general administrative support to the wider office team.Delivering excellent customer service to families and visitors.Working PatternApproximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility around either:Monday-Thursday, 8:15am-12:15pm (preferred), orTwo full days per week (approximately 7:45am-4:30pm).The role is available from September for at least the Autumn Term, with the potential to continue beyond.The Ideal CandidateWe''re looking for someone who:Has previous experience working in a school office.Has experience with attendance and/or admissions.Is confident using school management systems (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar).Has excellent organisational and communication skills.Can ..... full job details .....
