Part Time Administrator
M4 Recruitment are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator to join our client s small and friendly team in Swindon. This role is ideal for someone who can work both independently and as part of a close-knit team, with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail. You will work closely with the Office Manager, supporting day-to-day administrative and financial operations to ensure the smooth running of the business. Hours: Monday Thursday, 4 hours per day (flexible within these days) Salary: £14.50 per hour for the first 3 months, increasing to £15.00 per hour thereafter Key Responsibilities: Managing the purchase ledger, including processing supplier invoices and matching delivery notes Ensuring supplier payments are made accurately and on time Keeping track of call-off orders to support smooth production of end products Providing administrative support and working closely alongside the Office Manager Liaising with customers and suppliers via phone and email Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Supporting general office administration, including filing, scanning, and data entry Assisting with correspondence via email and post, ensuring timely responses Maintaining accurate records and supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks as required Skills and Experience: Previous administrative or office experience is desirable Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail ..... full job details .....
