This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to support the coordination of conferences, meetings and hospitality bookings by providing efficient administrative support within a professional and fast-paced environment.This varied role would suit someone with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of customer service.Typical duties include:Providing administrative support to the Events team, ensuring bookings, records and documentation are accurate and up to date.Preparing event documentation, menus and other professional materials using Microsoft OfficeAssisting with conference, meeting and hospitality bookings, ensuring all arrangements are organised efficiently.Responding to enquiries via telephone, email and in person, delivering a professional and customer-focused service.Liaising with colleagues across different departments to support the smooth delivery of events and day-to-day operations.The successful candidate will have:Previous administration experience within a busy office environment.Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload ..... full job details .....
