Part Time Administrator
We now require a part time Administrator to meet and greet, co-ordinate and manage workers in a variety of situations.
Your core role duties will be:
- Meet and greet candidates in person, on site
- Communicate with candidates and businesses through text and email
- Liaise with candidates and businesses over the phone
Full training will be available, but you should possess the following skill sets:
- Confident meeting and organising people
- A great telephone manner
- Good organiser
- Quick learner
- Good understanding of warehouse environment
- Good with MS Word and Excel and email
You will need:
- Your own transport
- The ability to work from home (sometimes)
- Flexibility with the days and hours you work (Mon to Fri)
- Ability to work between 9am and 4pm, totalling 12 to 16 hours per week
