Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Administrator (Front of House)
Location: Birmingham, B7
Hours: 5 days per week (Monday - Friday), either 8:00am - 12:00pm or 1:00pm - 5:00pm

We are seeking a professional and organised Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Birmingham (B7). This is a temporary ongoing role, providing essential front-of-house and administrative support. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a friendly and efficient service while maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers
- Manage reception/front desk duties including welcoming guests and handling enquiries
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally
- Carry out general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
- Support office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy front-of-house area
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and financial administration (experience with Xero desirable)
- Provide support to management and colleagues as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or front-of-house role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ideally experience with Xero (training can be provided for the right candidate)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage time effectively
