Part Time Administrator

Are you looking to join a well-established, international company known for its fantastic reputation? Our client is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support their busy team on a part-time basis.

You will be working in a busy department within a small team where you will be required to unpack deliveries and log the contents on the system. This role will require good attention to detail and confident data entry skills.

The role involves working on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Temp role expected to last 3 to 4 months however could potentially go on for longer.-

The Part Time Administrator role

This is a busy role where you will be required to unpack deliveries (small, fragile and expensive items) and log the details on the company database so attention to detail and working with care are highly important. You will also be required to deal with outgoing post including packing and dispatching products. You will be working within a small team and must enjoy repetitive work as well as a mixture of administration and manual work.

The Ideal candidate for this Logistics Administrator Position-

Previous experience in a similar role is ideal but they will also consider someone who has retail stock room or warehouse experience. You will need to have good levels of concentration and have a good eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team are vital. The ability to work to strict deadlines is essential. You need to be IT Literate and enjoy being busy. This will be for someone who can start as soon as possible.
