Experienced office administrator required to work part time hours 4 per day Monday to Thursday 16 hrs in total. 1pm to 5pm 

Role involves answering the telephone, booking hotels and ferries, checking statements and following up with suppliers to request missing invoices, credit control, crreating service contracts, filing and shredding and general office duties.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join a small thriving team in a varied role.

Candidate must have office experience, be computer literate, numerate, have a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Ideally car driver due to location.
