Job Title: Part Time Administrator
Location: Taunton, Somerset (Town centre location)
Contract Details: Permanent, Part-Time - 30 hours over 4 days (Tuesdays essential, flexible on other days)
Salary: Up to -14 per hour

Responsibilities:
As the Administrator, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for client and healthcare professional enquiries via phone, email, and web.
- Manage client onboarding, progress tracking, and offboarding using the client management system.
- Coordinate initial consultations, process payments, and issue contracts.
- Handle requests for room bookings.
- Administer invoicing and payments for clients and healthcare professionals using finance systems.
- Support onboarding of new healthcare professionals and placements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital tools to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend weekly operational and quarterly meetings.
- Oversee office supplies and room maintenance checks.
- Provide administrative support to the Client Manager and Directors as needed.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAGE is highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to administrative tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
