A client of ours in the Halstead area is recruiting a Part-Time Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary, part-time position covering holidays for 4 weeks, working flexible part time hours (e.g 9:30am - 2:30pm). Training will start W/C 15th September and the placement will end Friday 17th October, paying -12.5013 per hour.
Your key duties in this Part-Time Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
* Inputting bookings and daily data entry
* Processing sales invoices and dispatching paperwork
* Supporting accounts with purchase and sales ledger tasks
* Answering phones and taking messages
* General administrative support as required
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
* Previous administrative experience
* Confident with data entry and office systems
* Flexible and able to work part-time hours
* Organised with strong attention to detail
