We are looking to recruit a PT administrator to join our busy team and carry out the following duties within our events team.

Part time - Up to 20 hours a week

  • Assiting with general office duties
  • Manage internal payment card system
  • Stocktake and ordering with suppliers
  • Organisation of travel and accomodation arrangements
  • Input of statutory documents to event organisers
  • Ordering third party contractor services
  • Coordinate project timelines and arrange regular interal project meetings
  • Administration of company statutory policies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Effective communication skills

Work well within a team

Personal Attributes

Enthusiastic and motivated

Proactive and able to take initiative

Strong work ethic and good attention to detail

Team player mindset
