Part Time Administration Assistant

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking a Warehouse Operations Executive with strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills to support its logistics centre in Batley.This is a data-driven role where you will play a key part in improving operational efficiency through accurate reporting, analysis, and system management. You will work closely with warehouse and transport teams to turn data into actionable insights that support performance and decision-making.Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support across warehouse functionsMaintain accurate systems, records, and documentationUse Microsoft Excel to:Build, maintain, and develop spreadsheetsAnalyse operational data and identify trendsProduce regular and ad-hoc reportsTrack KPIs and performance metricsMonitor and report on:Stock movement and inventory levelsTransport and fleet performanceEnvironmental and waste dataFinancial and operational KPIsSupport system management, including logistics and transport platformsCoordinate with freight forwarders and ensure all export and compliance documentation is accurateLiaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersMaintain health and safety records and training dataIdentify opportunities to improve processes through better data use and reportingSupport coordination of third-party contractorsDeliver high levels of internal communication and customer serviceEnsure compliance with company policies and data ..... full job details .....
