Part-time Accounts Assistant

Time Appointments are working on behalf of a specialist wholesaler in Ipswich who are looking for a Part-time Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day accounting operations and supporting the finance function. Duties and responsibilities: Credit control and purchase ledger processing Processing expenses Posting customer payments Assist the Customer Support team with telephone support Assist with daily accounting tasks including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable Skills and experience required: Minimum of 2 years accounts experience Excel knowledge AAT/bookkeeping qualification would be advantageous Strong communication skills Good work ethic ..... full job details .....
